10 golden rules for a pleasant living (and avoiding annoyances)
- Participate in keeping the entrances, lifts, stairwells, corridors of the storage areas and storey floors clean.
- Watch your pets and clean up any accidents.
- Do not smoke in public areas.
- Renovation, drilling and carpentry must be carried out on weekdays between 08:00 and 20:00 and on weekends between 10:00 and 20:00.
- Take out garbage bags yourself. Please clean up any leaks and other inconvenience from the bags.
- The installation of a dish or antenna on the build is prohibited.
- Refrain from disturbing noise, especially after 20:00 in the evening. Disturbing noise can be understood to mean: too loud radios, stereos, TVs, (amplified) musical instruments such as guitars and organs, shouting on the balconies, barking pets, etc.
- Preferably not to wear hard footwear in the apartments. Your neighbors below may be hindered by this. When install hard floors, you are obliged to install an underlay that dampens the contact noise by the highest possible percentage (see the House Rules).
- When you start a renovation, you are obliged to take note of the collective parts in your apartment, for example load-bearing walls, may ABSOLUTELY not be removed without permission from the VvE. This in connection with possible collapse risk.
